Graveney School - The Big Draw Festival 2025!
The Big Draw Festival is a global celebration of drawing and creativity, taking place annually across the world. Open to people of all ages and abilities, the festival champions the idea that drawing is for everyone—not just artists.
In response to this year’s theme, Drawn Together, the Graveney School community came together to create a vibrant collaborative art installation, now on display in the glass foyer of the reception area.
Inspired by the work of renowned artist Yayoi Kusama, pupils from all year groups, alongside members of staff, took part in a sticker-based art activity during form time. Each individual contribution became part of a larger collective artwork, celebrating creativity, connection, and collaboration.
The completed installation brings together every participant’s unique sticker and was thoughtfully curated by Miss Hepple, Head of Art.
We are proud to announce that this final artwork has been entered into the Schools Award category and the People’s Choice Award for The Big Draw Festival Awards 2025. Please vote for us using the following link: https://www.thebigdraw.org/about-us/the-big-draw-festival/awards/vote
